Why Should You Care About Your Mental Health?

If you are here, maybe you have already answered this question. Perhaps you realized that keeping your head down and “getting through the day” is not the same as “enjoying your day.” Maybe you don't have the answer and are here to see what it’s all about. I have great news. No matter where you are on your mental health journey, this is exactly where you are meant to be.

Mental health is like physical health. You can be in shape one week, and then after an accident, illness, or lack of motivation, you lose some of your gains. Sounds exhausting, right? Well, I am not going to lie to you, relationships take work and the relationship you have with yourself is no different. I can promise, however, that if you put in the work to improve your mental health, or even just become more mindful of your mental health, you may begin to notice that you are thriving instead of merely surviving.
